IPM Lucknow hosted a job fair on 27th & 28th May 2023 for graduate and postgraduate students. The event was attended by many companies from various sectors such as finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and consulting. The companies offered full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities to the students.

The job fair was inaugurated by the Lucknow Director, IPM Lucknow, Dr. Samina Rafat, who welcomed the recruiters and the students. She highlighted the achievements and strengths of the college and its students. She also encouraged the students to showcase their skills and talents to potential employers.

The job fair was organized in the Institute auditorium, where each company had a stall. The students visited the stalls of their interest and interacted with the recruiters. They also submitted their resumes and participated in interviews and group discussions.

The job fair was a great success as many students received job offers and internships from participating companies. The students expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the college management and faculty for organizing such a beneficial event. The recruiters also praised the quality and diversity of the students and their performance in the selection process.

The job fair concluded with a vote of thanks. The Institute plans to organize more such events in the future to provide better career opportunities to its students.
